Have you ever felt completely uninterested in your academics? Have you felt exhausted and without an ounce of motivation? Do your academics give you anxiety and stress? Get Help

First of all, when you're feeling this way, you should seek help. You can turn to your teachers, peers, and family members for some guidance. However, if you're too overwhelmed by those feelings, talk to a mental health professional who can help you cope with them.

Don't Ignore the Signs

We've all felt tired or stressed at some point, and more often than not, we just push those feelings away and just keep going. However, if you've been feeling burnt out for awhile, ignoring the signs will only make the problem worse. Instead, acknowledge them and try to find a solution to them.

Try Different Activities

Last but not least, a great way to alleviate some of the burnout you're experiencing is to focus your mind on something that's not school related. For example, you can meditate, do a workout, learn to cook or garden, or simply explore other interests you have.
