Stretch-n-Grow classes are offered to all daycares, child care centers, home daycares, and other facilitites throughout Forsyth and surrounding counties. Currently we are serving over 700 children and their families each week in centers and facilities throughout the Triad!
Stretch-n-Grow is a fabulously fun fitness program your children will be "exercited" about!
We offer parent-paid classes as well as center-paid.
