Stretch-n-Grow is a Fabulously Fun Fitness Program for toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-age children. Our program provides age and developmentally appropriate gross motor fitness activities, as well as lessons in health and nutrition.
Each class works on flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance.
Every class is taught by a Certified Youth Fitness Instructor. All classes are packed full of aerobic exercise and lots of different equipment for each child. With weekly emphasis on exercise and healthy food choices, our extensive curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue including the benefits of exercising and making good food choices, names of our muscles and bones, hygiene, self-esteem, and safety.
Classes are provided on-sight at childcare centers, home daycares, preschools, after-school programs, and mom's groups.
Our Goals: To begin to build the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits and to teach children that fitness is FUN!
