Tips to Help Get Your Youngster out of Bed
Do you struggle to get your student out the door in time each morning? Are they constantly late for the bus? Below are some great tips from
Stretch-n-Grow, Winston/Salem which can help!
Use the Heater
If cold mornings are your student’s problem then consider setting the heater in your hoes or their room to turn on a few minutes before they wake up to warm up their room and entice them out of bed.
Move Their Alarm
If your student uses an alarm then there is a good chance that they simply roll over and press it a hundred times until it shuts off. However, what if they had to get out of bed just to turn it off? Places like the entrance to their room work well because it gets them out of bed enough and doesn’t disturb anybody else in the house.
Prepare Breakfast at the Right Time
Waking up the smell of waffles or toast cooking is a great start to the morning, and the thought of a tasty breakfast can do wonders when it comes to getting your youngster out of bed. Check what time their alarm goes off and start cooking their breakfast a few minutes beforehand and watch them race down the stairs.
Children's Fitness Classes
The thought of hanging out with friends is another great tool to use to help get a student out of bed.
