Prevent Your Youngster from Injury While They Exercise

Warm Up
If your youngsters have been sitting on the couch all day watching movies or playing video games or they have been sitting on a chair behind a school desk all day, then their muscles can become locked and tight. If they immediately start to play sport or exercise without some stretching or type of warm-up then it can cause injury to their muscles.
Before they begin exercise of any type, teach them some basic stretches to unlock their muscles and prepare their body for fun sport and exercise.
The Right Gear
